Internet carriage costs
In order to work out the most cost efficient method of ordering via the internet, please be aware that Monkhouse apply the following rates to each “basket” of goods ordered.
Basket value £10 and under is £2.99 ex VAT (£3.44 inc VAT)
Basket value £10.01 to £30 is £3.99 ex VAT (£4.59 inc VAT)
Basket value over £30 is £5.50 ex VAT (£6.33 inc VAT)
Items above £10 are sent by Fed Ex so that this is a tracked delivery.
Returns
Goods that are returned due to a Monkhouse error will have the carriage costs refunded. However, if goods are returned for reasons of fit etc. the costs of returning these goods to Monkhouse will be borne by the customer although there will not be any further postage charges to pay when Monkhouse send out the replacement.
