Welcome to Rishworth Summer School

Rishworth School is surrounded by beautiful countryside and boasts superb facilities. It is within easy reach of the large cities of Manchester and Leeds, which both have international airports.  The School has a long history of international students and has a well established and excellent EFL provision.  Our staff in this department and our pastoral staff are all extremely qualified and very experienced.

Our main objective in our English Language School is to improve your child’s English in a safe and friendly environment, whilst they enjoy a memorable and fun visit to the UK.  Making friends with students from other countries and growing in confidence in their use of English are also an important part of our Summer School experience.

This year we are offering 2 x two-week intensive English courses from 5th July to 19th July 2008 and from 19th July to 2nd August 2008.  Your child needs to be between the ages of 11 and 16 while on the course.  Their level of English will be assessed on arrival and they will be placed in a suitable class.
