Rishworth School and our Chair of Governors, Reverend Canon Hilary Barber, will be hosting a service at the Halifax Minster to celebrate our 300th Year Anniversary for our current student’s on Monday 5th February 2024**.

Those attending will be invited to join us from 9:30am with 10am start for a celebratory service of 300 years of education at Rishworth School with His Grace, the Archbishop of York.
In attendance will be Staff and Students of Rishworth, Rishworth Parents / Guardians, Governors, Old Rishworthians and notable Civic Dignitaries.
Itinerary for Guests
9:30 - 9:45am - Arrival (all to be seated by 9:45am)
9:45 - Dignitaries Arrival
10:00am - Service Begins
11:10am - Service Ends; Closing Reception
Itinerary for Parents and Students
8:30 - Drop off at School
8:45 - Students travel to the Minster on buses
9:30 - 9:45am - Guests & Parents arrival (all to be seated by 9:45am)
10:00am - Service Begins
11:10am - Service Ends; Students Travel back to School
