TEACHER OF SCIENCE
Part Time permanent position (0.5FTE)

We are seeking to appoint a part time (0.5FTE) suitably qualified, dynamic and inspirational teacher, from September 2021, to deliver Science throughout the school. The ability to teach a discipline to A Level is essential.
The working days will include all day Monday, Wednesday morning plus one other day (or two half days).
Energy, commitment and a willingness to take a full and active part in the broader life of this busy school are essential. The successful candidate will be passionate and committed to the enrichment and extension of the students’ learning experience and supporting children who have specific learning needs.

1:1 TEACHING ASSISTANT

We are seeking to appoint, a compassionate and inspirational one-to-one Teaching Assistant with a nature to nurture. You will be delivering continuous personalised support to one of our pupils within Key Stage 2 from September 2021. Experience in a primary pastoral setting would be advantageous. Flexible working arrangements and full or part time applications will be considered.

Teaching and Learning Manager

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching and Learning Manager for September 2021.
The role will provide a unique opportunity to utilise experience in innovative school management, with a wide ranging and engaging job description. The role would suit an experienced teacher or a candidate with administrative experience within an educational setting.
You would be joining an energetic and friendly staff, dedicated to ensuring that all children fulfil their potential. A willingness to participate in the wider life of the School is essential. GEOGRAPHY TEACHER

We are seeking to appoint a full time suitably qualified, dynamic and inspirational Teacher of Geography to join our team from September 2021. The ability to teach Geography to A Level is essential, this position is suitable for an NQT. The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner who will have vision and energy and who will be an innovative thinker passionate about teaching and committed to the enrichment of the students’ learning experience. The ability to teach an additional subject will be helpful.

Resident House Parent (Internal Applicants Only)
This position includes complimentary onsite living accommodation attached to a Boarding House at Rishworth School, from where you will play an active part of the Rishworth Boarding community.
House Parents are responsible for the overnight safety of their Boarding House along with working in conjunction with the four other residential families on a rota basis to cover evenings and weekends. You will join a team who actively promote Boarding life at Rishworth and who strive to enhance the experience of all Boarding pupils.
This position can be attached to any job role within our School community, both Business Support staff and Teaching staff are encouraged to apply, this role would also be suitable for an aspiring Head of Boarding. It would be desirable if the role holder can offer Extra-Curricular specialisms for the day and boarding community.
