We are seeking to appoint, from September 2025, a suitably qualified, dynamic, and inspirational teacher with the ability to teach Geography KS3 – KS5, including GCSE and A Level, alongside Religion and Philosophy to KS3.
Energy, commitment and a willingness to take a full and active part in the broader life of this busy Boarding school are essential. The successful candidate will be passionate and committed to the enrichment and extension of the students’ learning experience and supporting children who have specific learning needs.

We are seeking to appoint, from September 2025, a suitably qualified, dynamic, and inspirational teacher with the ability to teach Girls Physical Education KS2 – KS5. The ideal applicant would have experience of coaching either football or netball. The role requires the successful applicant to teach at GCSE, preparing students for external examinations.

We are seeking to appoint, from September 2025, a suitably qualified, dynamic, and inspirational teacher with the ability to teach Business Studies to Key Stage 4 and 5, including both GCSE and A Level. The ideal candidate would also have the ability to teach an additional subject at Key Stage 3 and 4.
Please note that successful candidates may also be provided with the opportunity to apply for the position of Curriculum Area Manager, of Humanities. This additional responsibility will be advertised internally and require the submission of an expression of interest and competitive interview.

Marketing Lead
(6 Month Fixed Term - Full Time)

We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Lead who will have overall responsibility for consistent marketing communications to existing and potential stakeholder audiences i.e. parents, pupils, teachers, alumni, governors and community. This will include acquisition strategies to bring in new customers as well as retention strategies to existing customers. The role oversees the Marketing Co-ordinator (MC) and together will ensure effective multi-channel marketing to promote Rishworth School, including Nursery, Rishworth Prep, Rishworth School, Sixth Form, Rishworth International Football Academy (RIFA) and boarding. This role involves working closely with the senior leadership team (SLT) in the annual business planning process and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract, recruit and engage students, parents, alumni, and external partners globally.
The Marketing Lead will focus principally (but not exclusively) on implementation and execution of acquisition strategies and the MC will focus principally (but not exclusively) on retention. Both roles need to have an understanding of the other, in order to facilitate cover when the other is on annual leave.
Previous independent school experience is not essential, although an understanding of the sector would be desirable.

We are looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to undertake marketing activity for the whole school: Nursery, Heathfield Prep, Rishworth School, Sixth Form RIFA and boarding. This is a varied and exciting role that uses multi-channel marketing techniques to promote Rishworth School to students, staff, parents, alumni, and external partners around the world. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the delivery of internal and external marketing and communication across the school and its brands primarily (but not exclusively) for the retention of current customers. In conjunction with the Marketing Lead ML, who will focus principally (but not exclusively) on acquisition of new customers, together you will work with the Senior Leadership (SLT) and Admissions Teams to set an annual school business plan from which the domestic and international marketing strategy will form.

This post is an ideal opportunity for gap year students wishing to gain experience in a wide range of educational related tasks, and to develop their workplace skills while obtaining an insight into the English Education system. Ideally suited to flexible and adaptable people. Accommodation, utilities, meals and an allowance are provided.
