Before & After School Care

Before School Care (BSC) is available from 07.45 and is in the designated Out of School Care classroom. All children arriving at School before 08.30 should got to BSC. There is a charge of £1.50 per 15 minutes or part thereof and £1.10 for siblings.

After School Care (ASC) is available until 17.45 and is in the designated Out of School Care classroom.

Charges commence at 15.45 at the rate of £1.50 per 15 minutes or part thereof and £1.10 for siblings.

Should a pupil not be collected by 17.45, and for whom a particular agreement has not been made, they will be taken to Rishworth for supervision by boarding colleagues. At this point, the charge made will be £1.10 per minute.

Parents who suspect that they may be very late in collecting a child should contact the school to keep ASC colleagues informed.

Parents will not be charged for after school care if a EE club is cancelled, or it is Parents Evening and your child needs care.

Payment for Before and After School Care Services

Charges for the above two facilities will be added to the school Bill. Therefore, no cash payments will be made to BSC or ASC staff. Parents will sign the register when delivering and picking up their child from BSC and ASC. This will provide a record of their child’s attendance.
