Rishworth School's Nursery is a warm, vibrant, and nurturing setting where children from age 3 begin their exciting learning journey. As the first stage in the all-through Rishworth School family, our Nursery provides the very best in early childhood education, balancing structured learning, imaginative play, and individual care in a secure and stimulating environment.

Every child is valued as a unique individual. Our experienced Early Years team creates a calm, happy space where children feel safe, seen, and supported.

With a focus on learning through play, we gently introduce early phonics, number skills, and creative exploration, helping children develop language, confidence, and independence at their own pace.

In our spacious building, our Nursery and Reception children are self-contained and secure, following a programme working within seven learning areas:
