The Rishworth International Football Academy (RIFA) is an elite football training programme for both boys and girls, which combines football with academic excellence, to give a young player to best start to their career in or out of football.

Our academy is built up from industry experts both in the footballing and coaching professions and within leading educational environments. Combined, our team have over a century of experience and knowledge to be able to guide you on the right path.

RIFA is an integral part of Rishworth School, offering students a truly unique programme combining high quality education with professional football coaching programmes at the standard of English Premier League football academies.

RIFA is a partnership between Rishworth School and the Street Work Soccer Academy. Street Work has a 30-year track record of delivering top quality football coaching programmes in England, and around the globe, enabling and supporting young people of all abilities to fulfil their full potential.

MEET THE HEAD OF FOOTBALL

Our Head of Football Paz Shan has over 30 years of experience as a player and football coach and was previously the Manager of the Manchester City FC Women’s U17s team.

Alongside running RIFA, Paz works within the Recruitment Department at Manchester City FC, providing pathways and opportunities for talented young players into the Manchester City Football Club Academy Programme.
